I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to make changes to improve their lives, find purpose, and meaningful fulfillment.
I have 10+ years of experience working with a range of people experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and symptoms of severe, persistent mental illness (SPMI). I believe in creating skills for effective coping mechanisms for overall wellness. I can collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, social service agencies.
