I am a licensed clinical psychologist who holds a Psy.D from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples. My approach to therapy is integrative, with a foundation in psychodynamic and intersubjective work that illuminates affect and facilitates the articulation of the patterns that form each person’s unique narrative. I enjoy working with people who enter therapy with various presentations, including depression, anxiety, identity exploration, relational trauma, life transitions, and complex relational dynamics.
I appreciate working with people of all contexts. Much of my training experience lies in working with adolescents, young adults, and couples. I have also worked extensively within diverse school and community mental health settings, helping clients to navigate various systemic challenges.
I believe in fostering an open, curious, and creative therapy space that encourages exploration, play, and empowerment. I also feel the therapeutic relationship has the power to be incredibly healing and transformative.
