I am a Counselor in Training in the Master of Counseling program at Idaho State University. I specialize in working with kids, teens, and young adults and support concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationships, break-ups, self-esteem, depression, and life transitions. My relational approach is informed by Internal Family Systems and Person-Centered Therapy.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for kids, teens, and young adults navigating change and figuring things out. I strive to create a warm, calm, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel safe being themselves and move at their own pace.
