I work with people struggling with disordered eating, anxiety, and relationship issues. Many of my clients have been disappointed with their past experiences in therapy. They’re insightful and self-aware- they know where they get stuck- which makes it even more frustrating when change doesn’t happen. If this sounds like you, I want you to know it's not your fault. Awareness alone isn’t enough, and simply "challenging your thoughts" can feel like putting a band-aid over something deeper. As a therapist, I bring a spacious yet guiding presence to help you explore your experience in a new way.

My training in somatic therapy uses the body and deeper mind to uncover the unconscious beliefs and protective strategies that keep you looping. This allows us to get to the root of the problem, meet the needs that were missed, and create space for new possibilities. Clients often say this work feels more profound and long-lasting than talk therapy alone.
