I work from a relational, depth-oriented perspective, helping you explore the patterns that shape who you are. Using psychoanalytic and depth psychology lenses, we work together to uncover how your past, your relationships, and believes impact your present. I work best with people who are curious about their inner lives. I love working with artists and creatives, helping navigate the challenges and growth opportunities of the creative life.
I work with couples, recognizing that relationships have natural ups and downs that offer opportunity for growth. Conflict and connection alike can deepen our relationship with ourselves and our partner, and couples work is an opportunity to explore attachment patterns, communication dynamics, and the deeper emotional currents that shape our relationships.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a musician with degrees in classical piano and composition from the Manhattan School of Music. My background in the arts informs my therapeutic approach, allowing me to attune to creativity, emotion, and the unspoken depths of experience.
