I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I truly believe that although life is tough, we have the capability to overcome obstacles and become the best versions of ourselves. I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, cultures and life experiences. My therapeutic approach is an integrative one. I utilize various therapy models and tailor them to meet your unique needs, as they say, “one size does not fit all.”
My style is open, genuine, welcoming, and interactive. I take a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy. I have experience working with individuals, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults on a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, various life changes, and adjustment issues.
