My approach brings a balance of playfulness and work - my sessions offer a mix of humor, calmness, deep care, honest feedback, and questions that invite deep reflection.
I help those I work with by making therapy fun, dynamic, and meaningful. I work from a strengths-based perspective to help youth and families remember their gifts while offering practical tools and reminding them there is still hope.
