As a licensed psychotherapist, I combine the expertise I've gained through earning a PhD in Educational Psychology, real-life experience, and ongoing clinical work, to provide thoughtful, empathetic counseling. I work with children, teens, and adults on a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, parenting, grief, and life transitions.
