I am passionate about helping people progress through their struggles. During difficult times we need guidance and support to help us cope, transition, and work through difficulties that at times keep us stuck. I have experience in inpatient, outpatient, and transitional living settings. I also have experience working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and self-injury. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have professional training in DBT and ACT therapies. I am Polish speaking.
I work very well with adolescents and young adults who can sense my nonjudgmental stance and really open up to me. I also enjoy working with those going through life transitions (work, career, relationship) and help them adapt and progress through difficult changes in life.
