I work with Complex Trauma and PTSD utilizing EMDR, IFS, Neuroscience Therapy, DBT and Mindfulness. I firmly believe in an eclectic approach to treatment and pull from various modalities in my work with individuals, couples and families by providing most current and effective therapeutic approaches.
