I work with individuals and couples, specializing in supporting those navigating chronic illness, immigration/cultural identity stress, and major life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to parenthood, caregiving, grief, relationship challenges, or questions of belonging, therapy can offer a space to feel grounded and understood. Having attended 15 schools across different countries, I deeply understand the experience of living “in-between” cultures, expectations, and identities. I work with individuals, couples, and families through a systemic, relational, and culturally responsive lens.
I originally intended to go to med school. However, while I was focused on medicine, I noticed stories quietly unfolding around me–those in my community navigating anxiety, grief, faith, family expectations, cultural norms, and relational strain. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating acute/chronic illness, caregiving and grief.
I am currently a student at Seattle Pacific University pursuing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. It would be my privilege to be alongside you as you navigate your journey. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me walking the different neighborhoods of Seattle and talking during movies. I'd love to see if we might be a good fit!
