About
Malcolm Eldredge is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, partnering with individuals, couples, and families to address important, difficult and painful thoughts, feelings, emotions, experiences and memories. He brings more than a few decades of experience working with clients, helping them to make choices that will move them in the direction of what is important to them and toward what they value in life.
A holistic approach; •Evidence-based therapy practices •Healthy lifestyle choices in everyday living •Mindfulness practices •A spiritual orientation to our work when desired •Goal setting improvement •Helpful practices/activities to experiment with in-between sessions •Skills development that lead to living a rich, full and meaningful life
Work with clients is a partnership/team effort. Ideas in therapy include: acceptance of the difficult things in life- many of which we have no real control over. Choosing what we will do- which we do have control over. Communication, both listening to and acknowledging what is being said and then presenting ideas and practices in a clear jargon free way.
