Hi there! Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’re never good enough? You’re not alone. Many of us struggle with stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. That inner voice constantly saying “you should be doing more” is exhausting. I understand how hard it is to focus on your well-being in today's hustle culture, and to feel like you can just be you, but you deserve the space to try, and therapy can help. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, or feeling stuck, therapy offers support and practical tools to help you feel more confident, build self-compassion, manage stress, and quiet negative thoughts.
I specialize in anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and will use skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to meet your needs.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and without judgment. I work to provide an inclusive space for all, and I'm passionate about holding space for BIPOC and Queer folks.
Reach out by phone or email, and we can chat to see if we're a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
