My name is Ivy Tran, PhD and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I help clients navigate mental health challenges and adjust to significant life changes. I take a client-centered, empathic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy to support your goals and celebrate your success. Clients who value an authentic connection and are ready to commit to meaningful change are great matches for me!
Whether you are brand new to therapy or are looking for a change of pace from a previous provider, I meet each client where they are.
Though I specialize in treating psychosis spectrum disorders and working with family members adjusting to their loved one's diagnosis of psychosis spectrum disorders, I am open supporting adjustment to a wide range of life changes. Anxiety and mood symptoms are often impacted by life adjustments and returning agency and confidence to clients is top priority.
I welcome clients of all genders, sexual, racial, and ethnic identities. I value openness and creating a supportive space for meaningful change. As an Asian American provider, I understand the role that our identities play in navigating life's stressors. Addressing mental health concerns can be challenging and sometimes isolating and I am here to help!
