I am licensed in MO and KS allowing me to offer telehealth sessions throughout both states and in-person sessions for individuals in the KC metro. Available for immediate day and evening appointments. For over 20 years, I have worked with adults to help create long-term change, healing and transformation, instead of temporary band-aids. This is done by building a relationship of safety and acceptance, identifying the root cause of the problem, and provide the tools and techniques that best fit the circumstance.

I personalize each session according to each client's individual needs. This includes traditional "talk therapy", EMDR & Energy Psychology to help work through issues of Addiction, Self Esteem, Trauma and PTSD, Dissociation, Grief, Mood Regulation and Relationships, as well as most other concerns. My passion is helping individuals with a trauma history.

I am incredibly passionate about stepping into the lives of individuals who are looking to discover their worth and a purposeful life by addressing the obstacles that keep them from finding their value or voice, so I've made it my life's purpose to help them find their true identity in the midst of life's journey.

My favorite issue to work on with a client is trauma, big or small. I have found over the years that if we address the trauma specifically, most other issues naturally improve. My goal is to get those traumas to not create an emotional or body response, so they can file away where they belong and not continue causing feelings, fears, and reactions.
