Hello! I'm Ivy. I work with adults with concerns such as anxiety associated with vocational, familial, academic, and relational stress; life changes, adjustment disorders, panic disorders, depression, LGBTQ+, and neurodiversity. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Positive Psychology to help clients achieve their goals.
In addition to long-term therapy, I can also help clients clarify current/more immediate interpersonal issues, conflicts, or situations, and assist in identifying coping strategies using solution-oriented psychotherapy.
I strive to engage in collaborative therapeutic relationships with my clients by leaving space in sessions to fully hear clients' stories in hopes of providing tools for navigating life's inevitable fluctuations.
