I love humans, studying, and psychotherapy so I have gained many specialties in my years as a therapist. I use EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS to work with trauma. I have specialized skill in chronic pain and illness as well as BFRBs. I’m also certified in CBTI for insomnia. I’m highly skilled in working with and affirming neurodivergent identity.
