We provide trauma-informed care and utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused, Play Therapy, Filial Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Mindfulness to help build resiliency and increase protective factors to improve functioning.
