I work with kids and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stretched thin. The kind of anxiety that shows up in your body, your thoughts, your parenting, your sleep.

With kids, anxiety doesn’t always look like worry. It can look like meltdowns, shutting down, avoiding things, or trouble focusing. With adults, it can look like overthinking, irritability, feeling on edge, or carrying everything for everyone. In our work together, we get to the root and use real-life tools that help day to day so things start to shift.
