Because talk therapy is often not enough to work through trauma, I utilize EMDR— a brain based therapy that helps people find relief from trauma and stress. I integrate elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Brainspotting, attachment theory, mindfulness, and parts work to shift old patterns, heal emotional wounds, and help you reconnect with your strengths.
