Making the decision to start therapy is one the best gifts you can give yourself. Before receiving my MSW at Columbia University, I worked for over a decade in advertising. Since then, I have supported people of all ages and backgrounds therapeutically. My broad professional experience has given me the skills to help you better explore what contributes to your own sense of self, identity, and life's purpose and how to make change happen.
