I have over 20 years of experience working as a mental health counselor in the State of Washington. My areas of expertise include individual, couple, and family therapy. All of the clients who have committed themself to this DBT class have learned some specific DBT skills that they can apply in their daily lives when they feel depressed or anxious.

DBT ( Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills Group
I have been facilitating DBT groups for 8 years. The goal of DBT is to find your own "Middle Path", create a "Wise Mind", and learn how to "Build a Life Worth Living." Practicing DBT skills combined with human connections created in the group is the foundation for a successful outcome. This group is a safe place to learn how to identify, describe and express often difficult feelings. I follow the protocol established by Linehan, however, enrollment in my group is on a rolling basis which means that you can join and leave at any time.
