Hi, first, thank you for visiting my page. Let me tell you about myself; I have worked in the mental health field for 25 years. I love helping people and am an excellent listener. I will treat you with love, empathy, and understanding. My special interests include children, at-risk youth, family counseling, relationship concerns, parenting concerns, women's issues, developmental transitions, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, spirituality, career issues, communication, intimacy, attachment, and self-esteem difficulties.

I have provided individual, group, and family counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. I have also specialized in servicing at-risk youth for 19 years and providing Anger Replacement Training. My general counseling approach is eclectic but often uses Cognitive-Behavioral and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I always aim to create a safe, accepting, and comfortable environment that allows you, the client, to grow in self-awareness and self-acceptance. Initially, I aim to work together to form a mutually desirable relationship and focus our counseling sessions on setting goals, which we will continue to assess throughout the counseling process.
