Generational patterns and early life experiences can leave a mark, showing up as trauma responses, overworking, avoiding conflict, anger, perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, or numbing out - stuff that wasn't yours to begin with, but somehow became yours to carry. Breaking these cycles begins with awareness. Noticing what you carry is the first step toward releasing what isn't yours, reclaiming your voice, and creating space for healing with greater clarity and authenticity.
I work with individuals navigating unresolved trauma, especially wounds rooted in childhood experiences and family patterns carried across generations. Many of my clients are high-achievers or caretakers who appear to have it all together, but inside feel the weight of family expectations, emotional neglect, or cycles of pain that repeat themselves.
Together, we'll create space for healing - not just managing symptoms, but untangling deep-rooted patterns, releasing legacy burdens, and rediscovering an authentic, grounded version of yourself.
