My experience as a yoga teacher enables me to be a supportive guide towards connecting people with the wisdom of their body.
I like working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, body-image, trauma and grief, interpersonal relationship issues, social isolation, spirituality, Christian spirituality and faith issues.
I particularly enjoy working with PTSD and complex trauma.
I am trauma and IFS informed and trained in the SYMBIS model of premarital counseling.
I have earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and work under the supervision of Joylane Bartron, LPC.
In person appointments are available on Capitol Hill, and telehealth appointments are available in DC.
