Hi, my name is Ivana Tejeda, LMFT50001 and I have a variety of experience with helping people of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, disruptive behaviors, and also people who may be having some issues with unsafe coping such as substance abuse. A majority of my services are in providing evidence-based practices (EBP).
My strengths are mostly with pre-teens and adults. My experience with EBP I-CBT is with ages of pre-teens to adults. My experience with EBP TF-CBT has been with children ages 4 and over. My experience with EBP MAP has been with children ages 4 and over.
For myself, the journey to becoming a therapist was a process that seemed to continue to guide me to the field and progressed to being a therapist. I was driven to continue to help people seeking some peace of mind.
