I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients, including couples, teenagers, young adults, and families, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD (scrupulosity), relationship issues, life transitions, pre-marital and marital counseling, emotional regulation, adhd, grief and trauma. My hope as your therapist is to help you navigate the complexities of human relationships and mental well being so you can find joy feel whole.
My approach to therapy is holistic, examining and intervening the emotional, mental, physical, relational and spiritual aspects of each individual's life. I am also IFS informed. Informed by my research, including my master's thesis on the therapeutic alliance, I focus on building a safe and caring therapeutic relationship with each of my clients.
