I create a space of empathy, safety and hope. I love providing tools and unconditional positive regard to my clients with some humor and creativity.
I incorporate levity, deep exploration and empowerment into our work together using traditional modalities as well as mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and Akashic Records reading as add on services that can be integrated or stand alone.
