I bring almost 40 plus years of experience towards a large variety of life issues. Using Heart-Centered therapies - working a soul level, informed by Positive Psychology/Clean Language, I help clients tap into resources found deep within that strive to surface for resolution, wholeness and health.
We will work together to find freedom from negative patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Together we will explore healthy living. Using hypnotherapy we can go back, undo and re-make those negative experiences that have gotten in the way of living from your 'Real Self'. Using Clean Language - We will explore your internal landscape of metaphors.
