I have over 15 years in the therapy world working primarily with adolescent/young adults and neurodivergent population. I am a strong advocate for ADHD, single parents, work/life balance, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to teach clients to embrace who they are and foster positive self-image and confidence. I have both an active Mental Health Associate License and Speech Therapy Assistant License. I am well versed in the education field. My therapy style is more relaxed. Most of my training is in CBT but I have always been more eclectic by nature. I have incorporated more holistic approaches and now am a trained Usui Reiki Master.
