| español I understand life may be challenging! Through personal life experiences and the Christian faith, I have realized that there is a wide-spread need to aid the hurting within our communities. While we can rejoice, we can also experience days of sorrow. Such days lend themselves to one experiencing anger, sadness, despair, anxiety, and pain. Learning and effectively being able to implement coping, grounding, self-regulation, and de-escalation skills will be important to live a healthy life.
I work with couples, families, individuals, and youth (16 yrs+) utilizing diverse systemic treatment models. I am a believer that people can be healed physically, emotionally and spiritually via the combination of faith and mental health treatment.
I strive to bridge the gap between mental health and faith-based practices! It is with deep passion and desire that I wish to create awareness, share the faith, and be a vessel in bridging the gap! I look forward to helping you find harmony in your life. I am here to serve!
