I am bilingual/bicultural: English/Italian; attuned to issues of acculturation/ethnicity. Postgraduate training includes alcoholism counseling; supervisor/educator and published on different topics. Cancellation policy: Except for two weeks of vacation, you are responsible for all scheduled sessions including missed sessions. If regular attendance is not possible for you, please discuss immediately.
IMPORTANT: If you have urgent needs/problems such as suicidality or other harmful behavior/urges, you should contact a hospital-based clinic with 24-hr. accessibility and/or a structured program specializing in such problems. I would not be available 24hrs/day and you would be best served at a clinic that has such service.
