I work best with adult individuals and couples who wish to address any of the following: anxiety; mind-body issues like IBS, chronic pain, back pain, etc; stress and trauma; relationship difficulties, life transitions, cultural differences, or spiritual issues; and depression. Therapy is individualized, determined by each client's personal needs, interests, and goals. My aim is to support and guide each person through his or her own unique journey towards greater health, wellness, wholeness, peace, satisfaction, and fulfillment. My work is guided by a holistic, mindfulness-based approach, resulting in gradual yet sustainable change.

They feel like they are failing as a partner and in life. Greater self-confidence and fulfillment are attainable.

My job is to help you get through those tough moments in life, to collaborate with you to increase your life satisfaction and focus on building a better you. Getting stuck on life's journey happens to all of us at one time or another. When you become more aware of your own story, thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and beliefs, you have an increased ability to face challenges and overcome adversity with success. My goal is to help you discover alternatives to address the challenges that you face.

While suffering is part of life, and moving on always a possibility, figuring out how to reorganize the pieces of our puzzle after trauma has occurred can be a daunting task. Too often, we allow our past experiences and our scars to define who we are, and we get stuck in a dark place, incapable of taking that first step.
