I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with more than 20 years of clinical experience in Central Florida. My office is located in the Baldwin Park community, easily accessible from both Winter Park and downtown Orlando. I enjoy working with adults, couples and families. I am fully trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples - a very powerful therapeutic approach aimed at creating and strengthening a secure emotional bond between partners. I am trained in EFT for Individuals. I had 3 years of training in Gestalt therapy and I am also skilled in using solution focused techniques.

My objective is to empower you to be all that you can and want to be and to support you in establishing and maintaining balance and attaining joy. Most of my psychotherapy is geared to longer term insight-oriented treatment and I enjoy working with physicians, professionals, officers and military.
