Hello! I’m AnnaLisa (“Lisa”) Morgione, MA, NCC, LPC. I am a mindfulness-based mental health counselor who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to compassionately attend to pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grieving. I currently work with individuals, ages 16 & up, and couples. My demeanor tends to be warm, gentle, and connecting. I am a CBT, EMDR, & IFS therapist who has a strong interest in Attachment, Somatic, Neuropsychology, Dialectical Behavioral therapies (DBT), and more. My clients learn how to cope with distressful situations, regulate difficult emotions, heal relationships, improve communication skills, and set healthy boundaries with people in their lives.
