I want to know what brings a smile to your face as you realize that your life is waiting to be lived. Smiles might seem a remote option at this time, or even completely forgotten. The therapy often relates to life transitions, spiritual confusion, depression, anxiety and career changes. I work relationally, from a trans-personal perspective. I use Presence Therapy that includes focusing, trance work, story-telling, non-violent communication, dream-work, voice dialogue and when applicable, cognitive interventions.
Our relationship is in the service of real, lasting change. It will grow in collaboration based on trust and safety. Early in our work, I like to ask my clients - "How will you know that you received what you came for?" We re-visit that question until one day we both feel we are there.
