My ideal clients are people who are tired of surviving and ready to begin living again. Many come to me carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, or substance use, often feeling stuck despite their best efforts. I don’t see people as broken—I see people whose experiences have shaped the way they view themselves and the world. Together, we build a trusting relationship where those experiences can be understood, processed, and integrated, helping you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
I specialize in helping people process trauma and the beliefs that keep them feeling stuck. Using EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and other evidence-based approaches, we’ll work beyond symptom management toward meaningful healing, lasting resilience, and the freedom to fully engage in your life again.
