If you are looking for a bilingual therapist who offers sessions in both English and Spanish, I am one of very few licensed therapists in the Coachella Valley serving you in your language. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use. My trauma work goes beyond talking about it. I help the trauma survivor to process what happened at its root. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to rebuild trust and communication from the ground up.
Sessions start where you are, not where a protocol says you should be.
For individuals working through anxiety, depression, or substance use, we
find the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical ways forward. For
families in conflict, we explore what is actually driving the tension, not
just the moments it boils over. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all.
