As a mental health practitioner, my deepest commitment is to honor each person as the true expert of their own life. As an Afro-Caribbean clinician, I intimately understand the pain of having our histories and stories invalidated or erased. This lived experience drives my passion for providing care where clients feel deeply understood—without the exhausting burden of educating their therapist about fundamental aspects of their identity.
