When all parts of a person's life are manageable, they will experience wellness. My job is to assist you to regain "balance" during life's challenges. Counseling can help sort through these struggles, and help you gain perspective so you can create a better future. I work with individuals experiencing PTSD, substance addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, divorce, stress as well as many other issues. I utilize Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Reiki, Energy work, Hypnosis, and Past Life Regression.
I am also a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and can assist you in achieving and maintaining sobriety in your recovery and can provide LADC evaluations and substance abuse counseling. Please note: I only work with individual adults 18+ years old. No children or couples.
I call myself a psycho-spiritual counselor as my style blends evidenced based practices along with a holistic approach integrating mind, body and spirit into treatment. A session might incorporate multiple methods. Exploration of one's personal spiritual practice and other alternative healing methods in their treatment is supported.
