There is a need within each of us to thrive and overcome internal conflict. However, due to stress, crises, and lack of insight, we are not always capable of achieving this on our own. Whether these barriers are a result of early experiences or responses to situational crises, I am available to assist those in need. I help individuals address roadblocks on their way to achieving rewarding and fulfilling lives. Seeking counseling can be intimidating; it asks you to look into yourself and admit your weaknesses.
I work with a number of populations. My experience includes, but is not limited to, working with clients who are suffering from substance abuse, issues with wellness and multiculturalism. I apply a number of theoretical methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Theory in my practice to best meet my client' individual needs.
I enjoy working with people and helping them resolve issues caused by overwhelming experiences. Taking the first step in any change process is always the most difficult. Please don't hesitate to get in touch to discuss your situation or to book your first session.
