I am currently accepting clients for premarital counseling. I am a clinical social worker, addiction specialist and a certified supervisor. I support healing by fostering healthy relationship. I found that clients that value a psychobiological approach (relations between mind and body) tend to be drawn to me. I work with individuals and couples who don't want to settle in unhappiness and worry. I support my clients through transitions and change. My work with clients revolves around supporting them to prioritize their needs, as well as to identify coping mechanisms and resources available to them.

I have specialized training in Somatic Experiencing, Transactional Analysis, Redicision Therapy and Advanced Integrative Therapy (energy psychology treatment) which are the ways to address past hurts and speed up the personal growth process. I have a specialized training in couples counseling in Ellyn Bader's Developmental Couples Therapy modality.

I provide observations and insights that are enriched by my international perspective. My experience in many indigenous healing practices deeply affect my work. Having born and lived overseas, I developed a deep respect for the meaning of cultural identity for all of us. My knowledge and lived experiences make my approach unique and powerfully effective.
