Are you struggling with communication, boundaries, fantasies of leaving, or infidelity? Stuck in the same old argument? Maybe intimacy feels awkward or scary? My job is to listen, help you understand root causes of your difficulties, break unwanted patterns, and teach you practical tools to help change your life. If you have the sense you're not reaching your potential for health, happiness, or success, it may be time to move toward a change.
Together, we can build customized goals and an actionable plan. I'm qualified to help with many challenges; however, I specialize in working with couples and adults who struggle with communication, boundaries, trust, chronic pain/illness, anxiety, career stress, anger, and grief. I also enjoy helping clients with confidence, identity, and learning to say no.
I use Imago & trauma-informed, somatic, and body-based techniques to help clients move from "knowing" what to do to actually being able to do it. I currently practice as an LMFT at Caring Connected in Pasadena and have 8+ years of experience across multiple community mental health and private practice settings. I currently offer video and in person sessions.
