Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I have been practicing for over 25 years. I help individuals age 18 and up and couples struggling to live a more fulfilled and meaningful life. I have worked with individuals presenting with many different issues from severe and persistent mental illness to depression, anxiety, trauma and personality disorders. I am passionate about helping people thrive; get fulfillment and enjoyment out of life and in their relationships. I enjoy working with marginalized populations and instilling hope in people.
I love helping people gain a sense of hope and optimism about their ability to improve their quality of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious however, through our work together they begin to move forward in healthy ways.
