I work with individuals and couples, drawing from different approaches to support healing, such as EMDR, solution-focused, IFS, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. With couples, I use the Gottman Method and EFT to help you reconnect, improve communication, and rebuild trust. Together, we will work toward your goals and support you in feeling like yourself again.
