6 weeks: Explore grief gently through breathwork, journaling, and Kemetic Yoga. Weekly themes include grounding, naming loss, releasing emotions, processing anger and guilt, reclaiming joy, and closing with a renewal ritual. Movement includes poses like Sesh, Maat Ka, Strength of Heru, and Pose of Immortality. Each session offers herbal tea, mindful reflection, and support in a safe, healing space.
