I’m Isela Garcia White, LCSW, therapist and owner of Lotus Bloom Therapy. With over 20 years in the mental health field, I bring warmth, cultural humility, and lived experience as a Latina, daughter of immigrants, and FirstGen professional.

I integrate CBT, ACT, DBT, and interpersonal therapy while centering your strengths.
