As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I work with my clients to understand their unique narrative and inner strength to meet them where they’re at. Trauma and its impact are far more common than many people believe. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, and/or overwhelm you may be dealing with symptoms of trauma. I believe in the power of resilience and the capacity for growth in every individual. My therapeutic style is empathetic, client-centered, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to foster healing, self-discovery, and emotional well-being.
I specialize in working with all adults dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and trauma. As a BIPOC individual, I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and I encourage my clients to bring their visible and less visible identities into the therapy space.
I work to create a supportive and safe space in therapy where clients can explore themselves and their inner world in a place free of judgement. Your journey is important, and I'm here to help. If you have any questions about therapy, or if you'd like to explore my approach and the ways I can support you on your journey, please feel free to reach out.
