My name is Isai (E-sai-EE), i'm an LCSW based in California. I have experience working with all ages and backgrounds. My training as a social worker focuses on individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. My professional interests and specialities include working with young adults, older adults, and those who struggle with issues that you normally don't feel comfortable talking about.
I offer a calm space to talk about difficult issues, a new perspective to help better understand situations, ways to identify and understand how you might be feeling, and support and empathy about the challenges that life throws at us. As a first generation Hispanic man, I am able to understand issues that others may not.
In our first session, I like to leave it open to whatever you need. Whether it's diving right into what's bringing you into therapy, or taking some time to get to know each other and feel comfortable in the session. I know therapy can be overwhelming, so I like to make the sessions feel as comfortable as possible.
