My work incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and humanistic ideas. I value a holistic approach of body and mind. In the collaboration of the therapy, ingrained patterns are explored and emotional wellbeing is improved by understanding how the different pieces of my clients' lives fit together.
I have received postgraduate training from the A.K. Rice Institute, the William Alanson White Institute in New York, the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis, and the Illinois Group Psychotherapy Society. I am a graduate of New York University's Shirley Ehrenkranz School of Social Work.
